Note: Specific packages or promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by TEW DMC
TEW DMC reserves the right to cancel any booking due to insufficient participation, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund of the amount paid, OR
- An alternative travel package of equivalent value (subject to availability).
TEW DMC shall not be liable for any additional costs or compensation beyond the refund of the original booking amount.
3. Amendments & Changes
Requests for changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., date change, destination change, or passenger name changes) must be submitted in writing. Amendment fees may apply in addition to any charges levied by third-party suppliers such as airlines or hotels. TEW DMC will endeavor to accommodate changes wherever possible, subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of a travel package may be strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Airline tickets (as per airline policy)
- Non-refundable hotel reservations
- Visa and documentation fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Special event tickets or permits
These components will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. TEW DMC is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.
6. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive for the tour or service without prior notice, it will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be applicable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
7. Travel Insurance
TEW DMC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions. TEW DMC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness, bereavement), TEW DMC may, at its sole discretion, consider waiving or reducing cancellation charges upon receipt of appropriate supporting documentation. Such consideration does not constitute a policy obligation.
